It has been just over five years since we’ve opened the doors of SAH Guest Lodge!
Five great years of sharing this beautiful house with so many of you. Thank you so much for following and supporting us year after year, in our endeavour to make SAH Guest Lodge a unique and different destination. The perfect spot for any kind of celebration, social gathering or just a quiet hour with a book and a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. We always knew our biggest partner in this endeavour was the house itself, which has been proven every time somebody walks in for the first time and… just… stares…!
Another partner has been our faithful manager throughout the five years, our daughter, Anira. We could never have asked for a better person to start it all and to turn our dream into a reality! Her experience as an event coordinator and wedding planner; her strong drive to not just talk, but to do; her initiative and creativity; her warm personality and of course her love for the house, all contributed to the success of every wedding, event and booking. Thank you so much Anira, for always being there to make things work; to try a new event; to stand in when your mother is away from home! And now that you have three fast growing kids, we understand so well that your priorities and commitments have changed and that waiting on emails and messages on your phone is the last thing you need! Just know you will be missed and will always be remembered as the cornerstone of SA House Guest Lodge. Thank you Thank you!!
And suddenly a new page in our book!
A warm welcome to Samantha, or just Sam, taking over from Anira. We already know we are very privileged to have her as part of the team. Sam will be in our office at SA House from 12.30pm till 3pm, Monday to Friday - please feel free to stop in anytime with questions or just to have a look around. Also check out our new website. Thank you Sam for your hard work and for all the beautiful photos!!
